Hi, I’m Sophie, founder of connecting-circle, a practice of truthfulness in connection. Conneting-circle is similar to Circling™ in the tradition of Authentic Relating (AR), it is also the everchanging result of my training in the “Gefühlsschule” (school of feelings – founded by the Gestalt therapist Martin Rubeau) and my livelong passion and search for love. How can we consiously invite, live and be love and build loving realtionships? connecting-circle is a space I offer, a co-creationrally , for you to feel loved and connected, a place to  unfold, to be, authentic and free.

Truthfulness for me means: Being real, being honest, being me, being congruent, being aware, being present in the moment and accepting what is. 

And for you? Do you find being honest and real sometimes difficult? Would you like to make good, lively connections from the heart,  to receive and give helpful, honest feedback? To feel free to show your true self rather than trying (often unsuccessfully) to make a good impression and/or hide your vulnerability?

Through the practice of connecting-circle we can learn through games and exercises how to deepen our relationships and truth skills, make friends more easily and deepen our relationships.

We can understand different people better, be less critical and more compassionate with ourselves and others and act with integrity. 

Then we naturally choose to live in love not fear.

2.) Build thriving international communities (residential or not) through the power of Authentic Relating :

Practical Realational Leadership in Community (PRLC) // closed group
6 sessions of 2 hours // up to 8 people // € 200,-
